How small are your cohorts?
Each Moorevylix piece is cut and sewn in cohorts of no more than a few hundred units. Smaller cohorts let our QC team check every garment by hand. The cohort number is printed on the inside neck label if you want to track it.
Where are products made?
Cut and sewn in north Austin, Texas. Cotton from a Carolina mill in operation since 1947, fleece from Lithuania, merino wool from NZ. Mill records available on request — email us with the SKU.
How does the sizing run?
Standard U.S. sizing. Tees and longsleeves are pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so the size on the tag is the size after wash. Hoodies and crewnecks fit slightly relaxed; size down for a more fitted look. Detailed measurements are on every product page.
How heavy is the cotton?
Our base tee is 250gsm. Most fast-fashion tees are 130–160gsm. The hoodie fleece is 320gsm. The drape and hand are noticeably different — closer to what clothing felt like in the 1990s.
Are the logos printed or embroidered?
Tees and long-sleeves use a direct-to-garment print on the chest. Hoodies, crewnecks and outerwear pieces have a chest-stitched embroidery in 40-weight rayon thread. Both are tested to a hundred wash cycles.
What is the return window?
60 days from delivery. If the fit is wrong or the piece is not for you, email support@moorevylix.store with your order number and we send a prepaid return label. No restock fees.
How long does shipping take?
Same-day from Austin if your order is placed before 4 PM Central Monday-Friday. Standard ground delivery is 3–5 business days within the continental U.S. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes — if your order has not yet been picked from the floor (typically within 60 minutes of placement), reply to your order confirmation email or call us and we void it on the spot.
Do you offer subscriptions?
No. We have seen too many men get stuck in subscription tracks they did not want. If a refill matters, set a calendar reminder — we will be here.
How should I wash the pieces?
Cold wash inside out, tumble dry low or hang dry. Embroidery and prints both stand up to hundreds of cycles when washed cold. We don’t recommend bleach or fabric softener; they degrade cotton over time.
Do you ship to my state?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states plus Washington DC. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses; we are working on it.
Is my payment information secure?
All transactions are processed by Stripe and Square. We never see, store or transmit your card data. The site is encrypted end-to-end (TLS 1.3) and our PCI compliance is reviewed quarterly.
Can I order by phone?
Yes — call (737) 421-0808 Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM Central. A real human picks up. If we miss you, leave a number and we return the call within one business day.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
We work with a small, vetted set of independent retail partners. Email wholesale@moorevylix.store with your store information and we get back within 3 business days.
Where can I read product reviews?
Each product page carries verified reviews collected via post-delivery email. The reviews are unedited; we display the date, first name, last initial and verified-purchase badge. The reviews page on this site aggregates the most recent.
